PHASE 1
Defining Your Objectives
To ensure that you get exactly what you're looking for out of our project together, let's meet to discuss your vision and define our objectives. Depending on your needs, I will provide you with some questions to think about before we meet. Unsure of what you need to elevate your online presence? No problem! I can also guide you through this process and figure out what might be most useful for you and your business.
The objectives that we define here will determine the outcome of the project, so we will discuss things such as brand identity, use cases, budget (short and long-term), and maintenance (if applicable).
PHASE 2
Kickoff Research
No matter what your project is, there will be research to be done. This could be anything from the typical styles and branding used in your industry to the perfect platform to build your website on. Whatever it might be, the report produced from this research will be provided to you and the decisions we make together from this research will guide the design and development choices we'll help you make throughout the project.
PHASE 3
Project Proposal
Before we start building, the final step is to define a clear project proposal. This combines the work we did in phases 1 and 2 to define exactly what will be delivered at the end of the project, as well as estimated duration of the project, cost of the project, and any reoccurring costs you should expect after the project is launched (if applicable).
PHASE 4
Let The Work Commence
Now that our deliverables are defined in detail and signed off, all that's left to do is make it happen. The exact steps involved in this phase will differ depending on your project and deliverables. These steps would have been detailed and timelined in your project proposal, including points in the project that require your feedback.
PHASE 5
Product Iterations
No matter your project, time and resources would have been allocated for you to make any desired changes to the initial product - whether that be design changes, content changes, etc. We will go back and forth as many times as you need to feel confident that the product you're getting is exactly what you and your business needs.
PHASE 6
Project Delivery
At the end of the project, we will ensure that you have access to all of the necessary files and accounts for a smooth delivery. I can also provide basic training and documentation to ensure that you are able to use and maintain your product for as long as you need.
